These terms cover the SteadyPact pre-launch website and free founding reservation. The Android app, Chrome extension, paid subscription, and real-time AI support are in development and are not currently provided through this website.

Founding reservation

A founding reservation costs nothing, requires no payment method, and does not obligate you or SteadyPact to enter a paid subscription. It indicates interest in launch information for the country, language, and device you select.

Eligible founding members are intended to receive the lowest public SteadyPact Plus launch price offered in their selected country for the first year. Displayed regional prices are targets, not final offers. Eligibility details, final price, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation, refund terms, platform availability, and included features will be shown before payment.

No release guarantee

Product plans may change after research, technical testing, app-store review, legal review, safety work, or beta feedback. A reservation does not guarantee a specific release date, country, language, device, feature, or price. SteadyPact will not charge a reservation if the product does not launch.

SteadyPact is not a therapist, healthcare provider, crisis service, or emergency service. Consult a qualified professional for personal medical or mental-health advice.

Age and acceptable use

The pre-launch reservation is for adults aged 18 and older. You agree not to misuse the form, interfere with the website, submit another person’s email without permission, or send illegal, abusive, or explicit material through SteadyPact contact channels.

Intellectual property and external links

SteadyPact branding and original website material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public guides and quote brief portions with attribution. External links are provided for context; SteadyPact does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Availability and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis during pre-launch. To the extent permitted by law, SteadyPact disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
