This policy covers the SteadyPact pre-launch website and founding reservation. The Android app, Chrome extension, accounts, and AI support are not yet available. Their data practices will require separate, product-specific disclosures before release.
Information the founding form requests
When reservations are enabled and you submit the form, SteadyPact requests your email address, country or region, preferred language, Android or Chrome interest, and confirmation that you are 18 or older. The public form does not ask for pornography history, masturbation frequency, relapse details, relationship information, or a medical diagnosis.
A hidden anti-spam field and basic technical request information may also be processed to protect the form from abuse. Do not submit sensitive habit or health details in free-text email messages.
How information is used
- Send essential beta, price, and launch information.
- Estimate demand by country, language, and device.
- Prevent duplicate or abusive reservations.
- Measure high-level conversion and improve the launch site.
A free reservation is not a paid subscription. We do not request a card, start billing, or sell your contact information.
Hosting and service providers
The website is intended to be hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. A separate form or email provider may process founding-list submissions after it is configured; this policy will name that provider before public collection begins.
Advertising and analytics
The launch version does not intentionally place behavioral ads on private product screens because those screens do not yet exist. If contextual advertising is later added to public guides, SteadyPact will disclose the provider and consent choices before activation. Private habit data will not be used to target advertisements.
Analytics may be added to understand visits and reservations. We will prefer aggregate or privacy-conscious measurement and update this policy before enabling tools that create additional tracking identifiers or require consent.
Retention and deletion
Founding-list information should be retained until launch communication ends, you unsubscribe, or the list is discontinued, subject to limited records needed for suppression, security, or legal obligations. You may request access or deletion by emailing privacy@steadypact.com. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
Age
The founding reservation is for adults aged 18 and older. Do not submit the form if you are under 18. The launch scope may change only after appropriate safeguarding, age, store-policy, and legal review.
International processing and changes
Website and email providers may process information in countries outside your own. Applicable safeguards and provider details will be documented as the production stack is finalized. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
